[Cisspstudy] Experience waiver for approved credentials - info needed

Hi All,

As it is stated on the CISSP web site that candidate with an approved
certification can get one year waiver. Is it possible to get the one of
those certifications after passing the CISSP exam but before sending the
endorsement or we can only claim waiver if we have one of those cerification
before taking CISSP exam.
