Good day Junaid,

You can look up www.oissg.org

The regularly conduct classes on ethical hacking.  They are not CEH specific
but they will prepare you for the CEH exam for sure.

As far as book, the official book from Kimberly Graves is still the best
book.  Version six has dozens of modules to study but you really only need
to study the first 23 for the exam.

I would also recommend you setup a small lab or you install VMWare on your
system in order to run a version of Linux to practice on tools such as nmap,
ettercap, wireshark, etc...

You did not tell us what is your experience and whether or not you have ever
done testing.  A bit more info would allow us to guide you better.
