Good day Janet,

The big question would be What are the privacy that exists right now in the
UAE for example.  They are mainly non existent in some countries.  This is
probably why you have not found much on the subject.

The whole area of governance has to mature that's for sure.  It is in it's
infancy.

P.S.  Such a book would be very interesting and even more interesting it you
attempt to map it with some of the security management standards and
frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27000 series, etc...
