[Cisspstudy] some ambiguous expression in software fault tree I can not understand

It was said that the most common software fault events are

faulse alarm
insufficient error handling
sequencing and order
timing outputs are incorrect
output are valid but not expected


I do understand others but sequencing and order/timing outputs are
incorrect. Maybe it's because I am not begin as a coding one, these
two concepts are little drifted away from me. Anyone who knows what they
are? pls help.
