[Cisspstudy] NIST handbook

Good day to all,
The CBK today uses hundreds of references. The main one are listed in the
Candidate Information Bulletin.
Those reference are great but do not bury yourself under too many of them.
This is where the study books are really nice, they frame what you need to
know and how deep you need to know it.
