Mesfer,

I completely agree with Clement's view. Time required for preparation
would totally depend on your background & the nature of work
experience that you have had.

I was lucky enough to have experience in almost all 10 domains in my 2
years of work experience and appeared for the test in Jan, 2010.

I strongly feel 1 year is too long a period & you may loose touch with
many concepts. Even, there are possibilites of exam pattern or content
changing slightly as the content goes through continuous upgradation.

Would suggest a shorter preparation time frame & would recommend
checking out multiple sources and be clear on the concepts and take as
many practice tests as you can.

My experience says that there are many questions which are scenario
based or where you need to apply the concepts.
